Subd. 10. I-I Industrial District: The intent of this district is to <br />accommodate general industrial activities. <br /> <br /> Subd. 11. tIB Rural Business District: The intent of this district is <br />to permit certain restricted business uses in areas outside of the City's urban <br />sewer service area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 12. RI Rural Industrial District: The intent of this district is <br />to permit certain restricted industrial uses in areas outside of the City's urban <br />sewer service area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 13. PUD Planned Unit Development: The intent of this <br />district is to allow for flexibility in density and usage. <br /> <br /> Subd. 14. A Agriculture: The intent of this district is to <br />accommodate agricultural uses and property in the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 15. Overlay Districts: The intent of Overlay Districts is to add <br />additional standards and requirements to land and/or uses where the need for <br />such additional standards and requirements is to protect the public health and <br />safety or to preserve environmentally sensitive areas. The following Overlay <br />Districts exist in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Environmental Protection and Critical Rivers Regulations: <br />Certain areas in all districts may be located within <br />Environmental Protection and Critical Rivers areas and are <br />subject to additional regulations as specified in §9.21. <br /> <br />Floodplain Regulations: Certain areas in all may be located <br />within designated floodplains and are subject to additional <br />regulations as specified in §9.22. <br /> <br />Scenic Rivers Regulations: Certain areas in all districts may be <br />located within Scenic Rivers areas and are subject to additional <br />regulations as specified in §9.23. <br /> <br />Ord. 90-23 Final 11/13/90 Page 35 <br /> <br /> <br />
