The entire area shall have a drainage system which is <br />subject to the approval of the City. <br /> <br />Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a <br />minimum of conflict with through traffic movement and <br />shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with the applicable <br />provisions of the City Code. <br /> <br />9. Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br /> <br />10.
