Section 21. Amendment. That Chapter 9, §9.21 District shall be amended to add <br />the following Business/Warehousing Zoning District, regulations and <br />performance standards. <br /> <br />9.21.24 B-W Business/Warehousing District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the "B-W", <br />Business/Warehousing District is to provide for the mix of typically large volumes <br />or bulk commercial goods and services, and wholesale/warehouse activities. The <br />overall character of the "B-W" District is intended to be transitional in nature, <br />thus industrial type of activities allowed within this district shall be limited to <br />those which can compatibly exist with and be adjacent to commercial retail uses. <br /> <br /> SubcL2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Adult Uses Principal and Accessory <br /> <br /> b. Building materials sales stores. <br /> <br /> c. Cartage and express facilities. <br /> <br /> d. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br /> <br /> e. Indoor commercial recreation. <br /> <br /> f. Light manufacturing. <br /> <br /> g. Motor vehicle, recreation vehicle, and implement dealerships. <br /> h. Office buildings and uses. <br /> i. Radio and television offices and stations. <br /> j. Transportation terminals. <br /> k. Warehousing of non-explosive material or equipment. <br /> <br /> 1. Wholesale business. <br /> <br /> SulxL 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br /> a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br /> accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% <br /> of the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br /> b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated <br /> and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> e.
