Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />This use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br />required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Sub&4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit <br />based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g. are considered and <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Enclosed retail, rental or service activity, or industrial uses <br />other than that allowed as a permitted use or conditional use <br />within this section provided that: <br /> <br />Such use is allowed as a permitted use in a B-1 or I District <br />and meets the stated intent of this District. <br /> <br />2. Adequate off-street parking and off-street loading in <br /> compliance with the requirements of this Chapter is <br /> provided. <br /> <br />All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with the applicable <br />provisions of the City Code. <br /> <br />The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Commercial/industrial planned unit development as regulated <br />by this Chapter. <br /> <br />e.
