PI~,~RMIT APPLICATION FOR OPEN BURNING AND PERMIT FEES <br /> i <br />Open Burnin~ p ~Srrnits shall be obtained by making application on a form prescribed by the <br />Departmenti r f N~ttural Resources (DNR) and MPCA and adopted by the City.
