ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance ti03-03, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. Section 9.20.22 B.2 Business District: This section is amended to establish the following uses as permitted versus conditional uses: retail business and convenience store withigas01ine and day care centers. The criteria established for conditional uses were added to the performance standards. SECTION 3. REPEAL Section 9.20.22 is hereby repealed. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its apssage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
