The connection date shall be <br /> within six months of the date on which the <br /> system was declared non-functional. <br /> 4.70.05 SALE OF PROPERTY ' .. <br /> Upon the sale or transfer of tit~e of a resi- <br /> dentia improved property by a property <br /> owner who elected to remain on a functional <br /> private sewer and/or water system, and whose <br /> property was therefore not assessed for City <br /> utilities, the City may levy an.assessment on <br /> said property in. an amount consisten[ with the <br /> qriginal assessment. <br /> 4~70,06 NOTICE TO PUBLIC <br /> .The City shall cause its public property <br /> records to reflect that any property not <br /> assessed because the property owner elected <br /> to remain on a functional private sewer and/or' <br /> private water system is'subject to a pending <br /> sewer and/or water system assessment or con- <br /> nection charge when said property connects to <br />· either the City's sewer or water gystem. <br /> <br />RATE INFORMATION <br /> <br />(1) Lowest classified rate paid by <br /> commercial users for comparable <br /> space <br /> <br />(2) Maximum rate allowed by law for the <br /> above matter <br /> <br />(3) Rate actually charged for the above <br /> matter <br /> <br /> $8.25 <br />(Line, word, or inch rate) <br /> <br /> $8.25 <br />(Line, word, or inch rate) <br /> <br /> $6.oo <br />(Line, word, or inch rate) <br /> <br /> <br />
