<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey
<br />City Council will hold a public hearing on
<br />Tuesday, December 10, 1996, at 7:00 p.m., at
<br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen
<br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
<br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider
<br />an ordinance to implement changes to
<br />Chapter 8 of the Ramsey Home Rule Charter.
<br />The ordinance would levy an access charge to
<br />properties with municipal utilities available to
<br />the property but not connected. It would also
<br />provide conditions under which the property
<br />must connect to municipal utilities and notifi-
<br />cation requirements of pending connection.
<br /> All interested persons are invited to attend
<br />the hearing and comment on the proposed
<br />Charter amendment, The City of Ramsey com-
<br />plies with the Americans With Disabilities Act
<br />and, upon advance request, information will be
<br />provided in an alternative form and interpreters
<br />will be available. Any person with such a
<br />request should contact Administrative Services
<br />Manager Linda Waite Smith at 427-1410 by
<br />S:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 1996.
<br />There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal
<br />Center, the number is 427-8591.
<br /> Written comments are welcome and shall
<br /> be addressed to the Ramsey City Council,
<br /> 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey,
<br /> Minnesota, 55303. Written comments shall be
<br /> received at the above address prior to 5:00
<br /> p.m., on Tuesday, March 26, 1996.
