It shall be a condition to the approval of a final plat that the following data <br />shall be shown on said plat or shall be furnished therewith: <br /> <br />1. Names of the subdivision, which name shall not duplicate or too <br /> closely approximate the name of any existing subdivision; <br /> <br />2. Municipal, township, county or section lines accurately tied to the <br /> boundaries of the subdivision by distances and angles; <br /> <br />Accurate angular and lineal dimensions for all lines, angles and <br />curvatures used to describe boundaries, streets, easements and areas <br />reserved for public use. Complete curve data shall be shown including <br />radii, delta angles and lengths of all arcs. Dimensions of lot lines <br />shall be shown in feet and hundredths of feet; <br /> <br />4. Scale of plat (the scale to be shown graphically on a bar scale), date <br /> and north arrow; <br /> <br />me <br /> <br />Official monuments as designated and adopted by the county surveyor and <br />approved by the District Court for use as judicial monuments shall be <br />set at each corner or angle of the outside boundary of the final plat. <br />Location of all monuments shall be shown; <br /> <br />6. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at each corner of each lot; <br /> <br />7. A numbering system for all lots and blocks shall be shown clearly; <br /> <br />Streets shall be named and all names shall be shown. A sequence of <br />street naming shall be followed consistent with the pattern that has <br />been established in the area; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />In the event the final plat is a replat of an earlier subdivision, the <br />original platting of the subdivision shall be shown and identified by <br />dotted lines; <br /> <br />10. Judicial and county ditches shall be shown by dimensions and angles as <br /> determined from county record; <br /> <br />11. Low land and water areas shall be indicated by an identification <br /> symbol; <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Ail utility and drainage easements shall be shown with the dimensions <br />thereof shown in a legend with a statement dedicating all easements as <br />follows: Easements for installation and maintenance of utilities and <br />drainage facilities are reserved over, under and along the strips <br />marked "utility easements"; <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />A grading plan showing the final lot grade and building elevations. <br />In addition, an erosion control plan shall be provided to eliminate <br />erosion during construction. <br /> <br />14. The names and platting of adjoining subdivisions shall be shown and <br /> identified by dotted lines to a distance of one hundred feet (100') <br /> <br /> <br />
