Lot, block <br />and street arrangements of such adjoining subdivisions shall be shown; <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />The maximum highwater level, present water level and benchmark as <br />defined in Department of Conservation Regulations and Statewide <br />Standards and Criteria for management of shoreland areas of Minnesota; <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Statement dedicating all streets, alleys and other public areas not <br />previously dedicated as follows: Streets, alleys and other public <br />areas shown on this plat and not heretofore dedicated to public use are <br />hereby so dedicated; <br /> <br />17. Name and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the plat; <br /> <br />18. Attorney's approval of title; and <br /> <br />19. An appropriate statement dedicating all easements not previously <br /> dedicated. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />A reproducable copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an address <br />map in accordance with City and County policy and shall include all <br />addresses of lots platted. <br /> <br />170.0310E FINAL PLATS, CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />The final plat shall contain the following certifications: <br /> <br />Notarized certificates by owner or by any mortgage holder of record of <br />the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other <br />public areas; <br /> <br />Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to the effect <br />that the plat represents a survey made by him and that monuments and <br />markers shown therein exist as located and that all dimensional and <br />geodetic details are correct; <br /> <br />3. Certification showing that all taxes and special assessments or fees <br /> imposed in lieu thereof due on the property have been paid in full; <br /> <br />Space for certificates of approval to be filled in by the signatures of <br />the Chairman of the Planning Commission, the Mayor, the City <br />Administrator and the City Engineer; <br /> <br />Private restrictions and trusteeships and their duration. Should such <br />restrictions and trusteeships be of such length as to make the <br />lettering of same on plat impracticable and thus necessitate the <br />preparation of a separate instruments, reference to such instruments <br />shall be made on the plat and the book and page number referring to the <br />instrument shall be added to the plat after the restrictions or <br />trusteeship have been recorded; and <br /> <br />6. The form for approval of County authorities as required. <br /> <br /> <br />
