- 11 - <br /> <br />service pipe except by special permission of the City. <br />Whenever two or more parties are supplied from one pipe <br />connecting with the distribution main, each building or part <br />of the building must have a separate stop box at the curb. <br /> <br />2. No water pipe of the City Water Supply System shall be <br />connected with any pump, well pipe or tank that is connected <br />with any source of water supply other than the City water <br />system and when such are found, the City shall notify the <br />owner to disconnect the same, and if not done immediately, <br />the City water supply shall be turned off forthwith. <br /> <br />3. If any resident of the City desires to use his own well <br />system in conjunction with use of City water, that well <br />system must be completely disconnected from the City water <br />and sewer utilities. Said well system shall only supply <br />spigots located on the outside of the residence or building, <br />one cold water faucet inside the residence or building <br />located only on the kitchen sink, or such other location as <br />may be approved by the Director of Inspections and Licenses <br />or his ~authorized designee, served by the well system by <br />means of a seprate line run from the well. Water obtained <br />from those spigots shall only be used for watering lawns, <br />gardens and shrubs, washing cars and other such uses and only <br />in such a manner that none of the drainage from such use goes <br />into the City sewer system. <br /> <br />4. No buildings located on property lying outside the limits <br />of the City shall be connected to the City sanitary sewer <br />system unless there is a proper contract between the City and <br />the municipality containing the building served. <br /> <br />5. No sanitary sewer connection shall be made to any <br />dwelling, building or other structure unless the dwelling, <br />building or other structure has at least a vented main line. <br /> <br />210.0214 Maintenance. <br /> <br />1. The cost of installing the sanitary sewer service line <br />between the building and main service stub shall be borne <br />wholly by the property owner. After the initial connection <br />to the main service stub, the property owner shall thereafter <br />be liable for all maintenance and repairs to his sanitary <br />sewer service line between the street main and the building <br />being served. <br /> <br />2. No owner, agent, occupant or other person having charge <br />of any building which is drained into any public sanitary <br />sewer shall permit any substance or matter which may form a <br />deposit or obstruction in any public sanitary sewer or drain, <br /> <br /> <br />
