(1) licensing provisions or procedures; <br />(2) waste disposal regulations; <br />(3) water supply regulations; <br />(4) building codes; <br />(5) safety regulations; <br />(6) regulations concerning the appropriation <br />and use of Protected Waters as defined in <br />Minnesota Statutes 1974, Chapter 105; and <br />(7) applicable regulations of the Minnesota <br />Enviror~ental Quality Board. <br /> <br />(e) The final plan for a planned unit development <br />shall not be modified, amended, repealed, or other- <br />wise altered unless approved in writing by the <br />developer, the municipality, and the Commissioner. <br /> <br />(f) There are centralized shoreline recreation <br />facilities such as beaches, docks and boat launch- <br />ing facilities. <br /> <br />3) Copies of all plats within the shoreland overlay <br />district shall be submitted to the Commissioner of <br />Natural Resources within ten (10) days of final <br />approval by the City. <br /> <br />k) Administration of Shoreland Overlay District. <br /> <br />1) In areas when overlapping standards are present the <br />governing body shall apply the most restrictive stand- <br /> <br />2) No development or alteration of shorelands shall <br />take place without complete compliance with the zoning <br />Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. All permits for con- <br />ditional uses, building, sewer system construction or <br />extension (public or private), DNR and EQB review if <br />applicable, and variances shall be obtained prior to <br />any construction. Variances shall be issued only upon <br />demonstration of hardship as defined by Section <br />170.01112C of this fhapter. Failure to comply with all <br />the standards and regulations of Chapter 170.01 may be <br />en- joined by the governing body through proper legal <br />channels.
