(b) A copy of all amendments to this ordinance and <br />final decisions granting variances or conditional <br />uses within the Shoreland Overlay District shall <br />be sent to the Commissioner of Natural Resources <br />within ten (10) days of the amendment or final <br />action. <br /> <br />(c) A copy of all plats approved within a shore- <br />land overlay district shall be submitted to the <br />~NR within 10 days of final action. <br /> <br />5) Nonconforming Sewage Treahuent Syst~s. <br /> <br />In the Shoreland Overlay District, all existing sewage <br />treatment systems inconsistent with the standards of <br />Section 150.01 of the City Code shall be brought into <br />conformance or discontinued within five (5) years from <br />he date of enactment of this ordinance <br /> <br />170.0112E Environmental Permits and Standards. <br /> <br />A) Environmental Permit. <br /> <br />To insure that the policies in this section are prop- <br />erly implemented, any person undertaking develot~ent to <br />or on any land within the overlay districts shall, <br />prior to commencing the work, obtain an environmental <br />permit frcm the City of Ramsey. Except as hereinafter <br />provided in this section, no person shall perform any <br />development in the overlay districts without first <br />having obtained an environmental permit (hereinafter <br />called permit) from the City. Exempted from this en- <br />vironmental permit requirement shall be all lots <br />within a plat of record in he Anoka County Recorder's <br />Office. Outlots contained within a plat shall not be <br />exempted frc~ this permit requir~ent. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding this permit exemption, development <br />occurring on any lot, whether in a plat or not, must <br />comply with and conform to the "Permit Standards" as <br />outlined in the foll(~ing section. <br /> <br />B. Permit Standards. <br /> <br />The following standards shall be met when any development <br />is undertaken within the overlay districts. <br /> <br />1) No filling, grading, dredging, excavation or con- <br />struction shall be allowed within any wetlands area; <br />nor on lands abutting, adjoining or affecting said <br />areas if such activity upon those adjacent areas is <br />incompatible with City policies expressed here, in <br />Ordinance 885-2 <br /> <br />Page 15 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
