are hereby established: <br /> <br />a) Construction of a one new single family home <br />on a lot in a plat. <br /> <br />b) Construction of one new single family home on <br />a lot described by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />c) Development on more than one parcel of resi- <br />dential property or any development of commercial <br />or industrial property. It is intended that this <br />classification shall include all proposed plats <br />and subdivisions which create two or more parcels. <br /> <br />Classification of Sections b) and c) in paragraph 3 <br />above must provide all of the information requested <br />in the preceding paragraph 170.0112E D) 2). <br /> <br />Classification of Section a) above shall provide a cer- <br />tificate of survey to the Building Inspector at the <br />time the building permit is applied for. The Building <br />Inspector shall review the lot for which the building <br />permit is requested by reviewing that data submitted <br />for the environmental permit for the plat in which the <br />lot is located. This review shall be made in order to <br />insure that the "Permit Standards" adopted herein are <br />complied with and that the construction of such a <br />single family home will be consistent with said "Permit <br />Standards ". <br /> <br />E. Expiration, Extension and Revisions. <br /> <br />1) A permitee shall begin the work authorized by the <br />permit within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance <br />of the permit unless a different date for the commence- <br />ment of work is set forth in the permit. The permitee <br />shall complete the work authorized by the permit within <br />the time limit specified in the permit which in no <br />event shall exceed more than 12 months from the date <br />of issuance. The permitee shall notify the Zoning <br />Administrator at least 24 hours prior to the commence- <br />ment of work. <br /> <br />2) Should the work not be commenced as specified <br />herein, then the permit shall become void. However, <br />if prior to the date established for commencement of <br />work the permitee makes written request to the Zoning <br />Administrator for an extension of time to commence the <br />work, setting forth the reasons for the required ex- <br />tension of not greater than one single year, then the <br />permit shall r~nain in force. <br /> <br />3) Any revision of the originally approved site plan <br /> Ordinance #85-2 <br /> <br />Page 23~' ~of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
