Boundaries of the shoreland overlay <br />district shall be determined by scaling distances <br />off the official environmental overlay map. <br /> <br />170.0112C Definitions: For the purpose of this ordinance, <br /> certain terms or words used herein shall be interpreted <br /> as follows: The word "shall" is mandatory, not <br /> permissive. Ail distances unless otherwise specified <br /> shall be measured horizontally. <br /> <br />~. The line which generally follows the <br />river bank where the slope changes from steep (more <br />than 12 percent) to less than 12 percent. <br /> <br />~. A structure used solely for the storage <br />of boats or boating equipment. <br /> <br />Building Line. The line measured across the width of <br />the lot at the point where the principal structure is <br />placed in accordance with setback provisions. <br /> <br />~9~A~. The removal of an entire stand of <br />trees. <br /> <br />Conditional use.
