Refer <br />to this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, <br />standards, accessory structures, fences, and environmental protection and <br />critical rivers, flood plain and scenic river regulations. <br /> <br />170.016D R-3U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate multiple dwellings and multiple <br />dwelling complexes at a maximum density of 7 units per acre. Refer to this <br />section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, standards, <br />fences, storage, landscaping, lighting, exterior materials, screening, and <br />environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers <br />regulations.
