Public or municipal collection and treatment <br />facilities must be used where available and feasible. Where public or <br />municipal facilities are not available, all on-site individual sewer treatment <br />systems shall conform to the minimum standards and administrative procedures <br />set forth in Ramsey regulations and the minimum standards of the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency. No person shall install, alter, repair or extend any <br />individual sewer disposal system without first obtaining a permit for such <br />action from the City. Any public or private supply of water for domestic <br />purposes must conform to Minnesota Department of Health standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
