That area lvin~ within the above-described property, for purposes <br />of this Interim. Zoning Ordinance, shall be ola~ed in a Conditional <br />Use Zone classification, and. Section 2.1 of Citv of Ramsey Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 73-5 shall be amended accordinglv'i <br /> <br />SECTION 4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> No new use of any land w£thin the Conditional Use Zone as <br />defined in Section 3 above shall be uermitted without first <br />obtaining a conditional use permit as provided for in Sections <br />7.2 through 7.5 of the Ramsev Zoning Ordinance 73-5. The primary <br />and controlling criteria to be used by the Planning Commission and <br />City Council in evaluating whether or not to grant a conditional use <br />permit shall be the policies and ~uidelines as contained in the <br />"City of Ramsey Urban Planning District Study Report" forwarded <br />to the Ramse¥ City Council bv motion of the Ramsev Planning and <br />Zoning Co~nission on March 29, 1976. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EXE~TION <br /> <br /> The single .family dwelling use of a previously platted lot <br />or parcel one acre or less in size shall be exempt from the provisions <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. REPEAL <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 75-9 is hereby reoealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. ENFORCEMENT PENALTIES <br /> <br /> Any violation of this Ordinance may ~e'en~oined bv the City <br />Council through oroner legal channels and any person, firm, <br />oartnershin or corporation who violates this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction thereof be ounished bv a <br />fine not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprison- <br />ment for not to exceed ninety (90) davs, or both for each offense. <br />Each dav a violation is ~ermitted to ex]st shall constitute a <br />separate offense. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES <br /> <br /> In case anv building, structure, or land is, or is proposed to <br />be, erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, conver~ed, <br />maintained or used in violation of this Ordinance, the City <br />Council, in addition to other remedies, may institute in the <br />name of the City of Ramsey any approoriate action or proceeding <br />to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such building, structure, <br />or land, or to orevent, in or about such premises, any act, conduct, <br />business or use constituting a violation. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon its adootion and <br />publication according to law. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 27th day of April, 1976, by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF P~MSEY <br />ANOVA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Arnold Cox <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
