ORDINANCE NO. 73-15 <br />RAMSEY TOWNSHIP <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8 ADOPTED APRIL 17th, <br />1972 AND ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLATTING REGULATIONS FOR THE LAYING OUT OF STREETS, ALLEYS, <br />AND OTHER PUBLIC GROUNDS AND THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND ESTABLISH- <br />ING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION PLATS WITHIN <br />THE TOWNSHIP OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PURSUANT <br />TO THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY STATE LAW AND PROVIDING PENALTIES <br />FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE." <br /> <br />The Town Board of Supervisors of the Township of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Sections 5 and 6.01 (a), (d) and (e) of Ordinance No. 8 <br />adopted April 17, 1972 and entitled: "An ordinance establishing com- <br />prehensive platting regulations for the laying out of streets, alleys <br />and other public grounds and the subdivision of land establishing the <br />requirements for the approval of subdivision plats within the Township <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, pursuant to the authority granted <br />by State law and providing penalties for the violation of this ordinance." <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 5. SKETCH PLAN. <br /> <br /> Subdividers shall prepare a subdivision sketch plan for review <br />by the Planning Commission. Such sketch plan will be considered as <br />having been submitted for informal discussion between the subdivider <br />and the Planning Commission. No fee shall be required of the subdivider <br />for the submission of a sketch plan. <br /> <br /> Submission of a subdivision sketch plan shall not constitute <br />formal filing of a plan with the Township. On the basis of the subdivision <br />sketch plan, the Planning Commission may informally advise the subdivider <br />of the extent to which the plan conforms to the design standards of this <br />ordinance and to the other ordinances of the Township, and may discuss <br />possible modification necessary to secure approval of the plan. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br /> <br /> 6.01 Procedure. Prior to dividing any tract of land into two or <br />more lots or parcels of land, the following procedures shall be followed. <br /> <br /> <br />
