Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use in conjunction with the following <br /> 14 uses in the applicable manner: <br /> 15 (1) Religious institution—As a residence for clergy. <br /> 16 (2) Post-Secondary Schools, Trade Schools, Colleges, and Universities — As residence halls <br /> 17 for students and staff. <br /> 18 (3) Public and Private Recreation Facilities—As a residence for on-site staff. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 826-829 Reserved. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 830 Bulk Standards <br /> 23 Due to the specialized nature of each of the uses and buildings, no bulk standards shall exist. All proposed <br /> 24 sites and structures shall consider surrounding property uses in a respectful and intentional manner. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 831-859 Reserved. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 860 Public/Institutional Parking Standards <br /> 29 A parking justification report shall be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated <br /> 30 parking needs of the use based on the number of employees, customers, and visitors.
