Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-299 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2024 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT #24-07 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous public <br /> street segments in 2024 as identified within the 2024—2033 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#23-281, adopted November 14,2023, <br /> the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton&Menk, Inc., for topographic survey of the <br /> pedestrian ramps within the project area;and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 2024 Neighborhood <br /> Pavement Overlay Improvements,Improvement Project#24-07. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br /> specifications for 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements,Improvement <br /> Project#24-07. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 14th day of November, 2023. <br /> Mayor <br />
