Staff recommends adopting Resolution#23-299 ordering plans and specifications for 2024 Neighborhood <br /> Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project#24-06. <br /> On November 21, 2023,the Ramsey Public Works Committee reviewed the improvement project and <br /> recommended City Council order plans and specifications for 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay <br /> Improvements, Improvement Project#24-07. <br /> The committee discussed and motioned for City Staff to investigate the potential addition of 144th Avenue from <br /> Armstrong Boulevard to its western termini cul-de-sac and Alpaca Street between 142nd Avenue and Riverdale <br /> Drive to the 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay project, or as potential reconstruction if mill and overlay is <br /> not found appropriate. <br /> Additionally,the committee discussed and motioned for City Staff to investigate extending Basalt Street from <br /> 141 st Avenue to its southern termini, approximately 340 lineal feet.
