1 (1) Double walled storage tanks with corrosion protection. <br />2 (2) Spill protection to catch spills that may occur during delivery of products. <br />3 (3) Overfill protection including automatic shutoff devices, overfill alainis and ball float valves <br />4 or approved equal. <br />5 (4) Leak detection, including interstitial monitoring of the double walled tank. <br />6 (5) Product release monitoring, including installation of groundwater monitoring wells and <br />7 monthly monitoring of these wells will be required only after a reportable leak or spill has <br />8 been detected. <br />9 (6) Tank tightness testing on an annual basis. <br />10 (7) Annual reports summarizing monthly monitoring results, monthly inventory control, and tank <br />11 tightness testing. <br />Attachment A — Ordinance #23-14 <br />Page 141 of 141 <br />
