1 maintenance of such plant materials and includes such elements as fences, walls, lighting, and earth <br />2 mounding. <br />3 Licensed Residential Facilities means a state -licensed 24-hour supervised residential care facility housing <br />4 up to six unrelated individuals. <br />5 Local government. Counties, cities, and townships. <br />6 Lot (MRCCA). Having the meaning given under Minnesota Rules chapter 6120. <br />7 Lot (Shoreland) means a parcel of land designated by plat, metes and bounds, registered land survey, <br />8 auditors plot, or other accepted means and separated from other parcels or portions by said description <br />9 for the purpose of sale, lease, or separation. <br />10 Lot line means a property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate ownership; except that where <br />11 any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the <br />12 street or alley right-of-way. <br />13 Lot of record means any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision, was a separate parcel of record <br />14 on April 28, 1972. <br />15 Lot, depth of means a mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines measured in the mean <br />16 direction of the side lot lines. <br />17 Lot, frontage, means the front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this Code, that boundary <br />18 abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br />19 Lot, interior, means a lot, other than a corner lot, including through lots. <br />20 Lot width means the uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street at the minimum building <br />21 setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac, the lot width <br />22 is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the building setback requirement. <br />23 Lot width (MRCCA and Shoreland). The shortest distance between lot lines measured at both the ordinary <br />24 high water level and at the required structure setback from the ordinary high water level.
