The side and rear setback requirements in the above table may become <br />15 zero feet in the following situations: <br />16 (1) Along a property line abutting a railroad right-of-way. <br />17 (2) In a shopping center or coordinated development where two or more buildings are abutting and <br />18 parking or other site improvements are shared. <br />19 <br />20 531-549 Reserved. <br />21 <br />22 550 Accessory Structures <br />23 Accessory structures on business properties must be incidental and subordinate to the principal use on the <br />24 site. Following are standards for accessory structures on business properties: <br />25 <br />26 (A) Structure design. All exterior materials must be compatible and coordinated with the principal <br />27 structure and permanent in design. <br />28 (B) Location. All accessory buildings must be located to the side or rear of the front facade of the <br />29 principal structure, with the exception of gas station canopies. <br />30 (C) Setbacks. All accessory structures must be set back at least 10 feet from side and rear property lines. <br />31 (D) Size. The total area of accessory structures is limited to 10 percent of the footprint of the principle <br />32 structure, except for gas station canopies which have no limitation. <br />33 (E) Quantity.
