1 Rum River Hills 84-19 <br />2 Village of Sunfish Lake <br />3 <br />4 740 SL-PUD Shoreland Planned Unit Development <br />5 Planned Unit Developments within a Shoreland Overlay District must follow the procedures in Section 934. <br />6 <br />7 741-799 Reserved. <br />8 <br />9 800 Public/Quasi-Public Districts <br />10 <br />11 801-809 Reserved. <br />12 <br />13 810 Districts Established and Purpose <br />14 The following public or quasi -public districts are hereby established according their purpose and the intent <br />15 of the Comprehensive Plan. Collectively, these districts are herein this chapter called "public/quasi-public <br />16 districts." The uses found in these districts are often specialized in nature and cannot be properly compared <br />17 to residential or business uses. <br />18 <br />19 811 PI Public/Institutional District <br />20 (A) Purpose. The intent of the Public/Institutional District is to provide for and regulate uses that are <br />21 public or semi-public in nature and to provide the community with areas designated specifically for <br />22 community gathering places, public and private recreational spaces, educational facilities, and <br />23 government buildings. <br />24 (B) Application. This district may be applied only to those properties designated for public or closed <br />25 landfill uses on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. <br />26 <br />27 812 P Parks and Open Space <br />28 (A) Purpose. The intent of the Parks and Open Space District is to provide for and regulate uses that <br />29 are public or semi-public in nature and to provide the community with area designated specifically <br />30 for open spaces, community gathering places, public and private recreational spaces, and <br />31 government buildings. <br />32 (B) Application. This district may be applied to those properties designated for park uses on the <br />33 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map or any other designation where the land is intended for park <br />34 use or significant open space holdings by a homeowner's association or a private or public entity. <br />35 <br />36 813 CL Closed Landfill <br />37 (A) Purpose. The purpose of this district is to protect the health and safety of the residents of Ramsey <br />38 from the effects of the closed sanitary landfill. <br />39 (B) Application. This district may be applied only to those properties designated for closed landfill on <br />40 the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. <br />41 (C) Policy. No new landfills will be allowed within the City of Ramsey. <br />42 <br />43 814-819 Reserved. <br />44 <br />45 820 Uses <br />46 The following subchapter establishes a listing of the permitted, conditional, principal, accessory, and <br />47 temporary uses for the public/quasi-public zoning districts (PI, P, and CL).
