Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2000 - 2001 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) represents all patrol <br />officers in the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, representatives of the Local and management have negotiated a contract <br />for 2000 and 2001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the employees in the Local have ratified the agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNT5", STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the 2000 - 2001 Labor Agreement with Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of December 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
