Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ltl: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the <br />Front Property Line than the Principal Building; Case of Warren <br />Harrington <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson closed the regular portion of the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:05 <br />p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that City Code states that accessory structures shall not be <br />constructed nearer the front property line that the principal structure. Warren Harrington is <br />requesting a variance to construct a garage nearer the front property line that the principal <br />structure at 15450 Sunfish Lake Boulevard Northwest. The parcel is approximately two acres in <br />size, and the house is located approximately 138 feet from the front property line. Mr. <br />Harrington is proposing to construct a garage which will be approximately 127 feet from the <br />front property line. ' <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Dempsey, seconded by Board Member Jensen, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
