Parks/Utilltles Supervisor Boos explained that the City currently keeps track of the year a project <br />was constructed and the mileage of the trails. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if there could be a comprehensive document put together in <br />regards to maintenance. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that a document could be put together, but noted that <br />there is some advantage to being flexible because things change due to environmental situations. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the City has a lot of trails, boardwalks, etc., and he would <br />like to see maintenance included as part of capital parks improvements. He would like to have a <br />document of when the costs will be incurred and an estimate of the cost. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
