IN THE COUNCIL C~AM~EP~OFTHE RAMSEYM~NICIPAL <br />C~NTERLOCATED AT 151S3NOWTHENBC~W.~ARD, RAMSAY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br /> At the public hearing, the City CounCil will act as the <br />hearing officer. The City's investigating police officers will <br />testify as wel~ as possibly other civilian witnesses. Testimony <br />will be given under oath. You, or your representative, may cross- <br />examine the City's witnesses. In addition, you and/or witnesses <br />you choose may testify. The City will have the opportunity to <br />cross-examine any witnesses presented by you. You, of course, may <br />be represented by an attorney throughout all of the proceedings and <br />you may also present evidence and argument to the City Council on <br />the issues, if yOU desire to have a transcript of the hearing, it <br />will be your responsibility to retain a court reporter and bear the <br />cost of preparation. <br /> <br /> If the City Council finds, after hearing the evidence <br />presented, that there has been a violation of the On-Sale Liquor <br />Code, the City Council will then consider what penalty to impose. <br />As stated above, the penalty may be the revocation or suspension of <br />the Diamond's intoxicating on-sale liquor license. No suspension <br />shall exceed 60 days. <br /> <br /> <br />
