Mayor Gamec stated that we got quite a bit of response on some of the penalties we have put on <br />in the past - we were not strong enough. He believed if we do not make this strong enough, we <br />could get more rebuttal. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recessed the special City Council meeting at 6:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting of the City Council back to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to suspend Diamond's <br />liquor license for April 14 and April 15 and May 11, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., for <br />a total of 30 days suspension with 27 days stayed. This would be 3 days of actual suspension of <br />sale of intoxicating liquor on the premises and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator and <br />City Attorney to enter into a stipulated agreement. Diamond's waives all rights to a public <br />hearing, therefore, it is impossible to change what's been agreed upon. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
