Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Hendriksen, Anderson and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Mayor Gamec as he was in agreement with the fire station site <br />suggested by the Fire Chief and the Fire Department. <br /> <br />2) Review and Adopt 1999 Economic Development Operating Budget <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund stated that the Finance Committee recommended that Council <br />adopt the 1999 Economic Development Operating Budget. It represents $120,000 of <br />revenue and $110,356 in expenses. Also discussed was a per diem payment of $25 for <br />EDA members and $30 for the chair with the exception of the Councilmembers on the <br />board. They would not be paid a stipend. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to <br />adopt Resolution #99-03-055 adopting the 1999 Economic Development Operating <br />Budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Anderson, <br />Hendriksen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to <br />pay each member of the EDA a per diem of $25, and $30 to the Chairperson. However, <br />them will be no stipend for the Councilmembers serving. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Ste£fen, Anderson, <br />Hendriksen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) Authorize Master Trail Plan <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos had asked for <br />authorization to send a Request for Proposals for a master trail plan. Following <br />discussion, the consensus of the Finance Committee was to limit the scope to just the <br />Trott Brook Corridor. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />authorize staff to request an RFP from SRF Consulting Group for a trail plan for the Trott <br />Brook Corridor. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
