V-2 - Commercial - Councilmember Zimmerman suggested adding "existing" onto the sentence <br />above commercial. <br /> <br />V-! 1 - Permanent rural - six lines down - unique circumstances - maybe they are not unique. It <br />was directed that the word "unique" be scratched. <br /> <br />#9 - Page V-11 - Does that include the landfill - to which Ms. Sherman replied, no, we are not <br />giving that any designation. <br /> <br />V-12 - Met Council - about seven lines down - there is the word "unique" again. It was <br />suggested that be removed. <br /> <br />V-14 - #4 - toward tbe bottom - talked about the rules relating to what has been talked about <br />before. <br /> <br />V-16 - density bonuses - defining affordable housing different from the Met Council. Staff was <br />asked to find out if this benefits us. Ms. Sherman offered to talk with Brad Scheib about this. <br /> <br />V-22 - 167"~ and Highway #47 - about six lines down - "due to the struggling area". Is this a <br />struggling area? It was directed that the whole sentence be struck. <br /> <br />V1 - 12 - Transportation #4 (2'~d dot) - our responsibility? No - it is reiterating what's in the <br />plan. <br /> <br />Ms. Sherman stated she will have changes made for tomorrow evening's Council meeting and <br />that she will get the staging plan done.
