Councilmember Hendriksen commented that there are businesses that are dependent on <br />having a tarred road. <br /> <br />It was noted that this pay is for the utilities portion. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Garnet and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #99-05-100 approving 2nd partial payment to Kuechle Underground, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #98-21 (Section 28 Sewer and Water Extension). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Meeting- Snnwood Drive <br /> <br />Mr. Norman stated that it is possible to get Ramsey Elementary School for the Sunwood <br />Drive neighborhood meeting, however, it is not available on the 10th of June. <br /> <br />It was suggested that it be held on Monday, June 7, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet noted that he has a conflict with that date and asked if it could be <br />postponed for a couple of weeks. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to a date and also the fact that maybe Connexus Energy's <br />facility could be used to hold the meeting if an earlier date was desired. <br /> <br />Staff will contact the spokespersons for the Sunwood neighborhood to allow them to <br />make the decision of when and where to hold the meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman <br />and Anderson.
