<br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a
<br /> proposed ordinance wilh the City of Andover to
<br /> establish a no wake zone on the Rum River with-
<br /> in the Ramsey and Andover city limits from
<br /> approximately 150th to 153rd Avenue N.W.
<br /> AIl interested persons are invited to attend
<br />

<br /> Peter G. Bodley, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the managing editor of the
<br />newspaper known as the Anoka County Union, and has full knowledge of the facts which are
