Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman and <br />Anderson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />approve the Knoll's request for a conditional use permit to maintain four adult dogs at 6020 - <br />151~t Lane NW, based on the Findings of Fact//0497 and adopt Resolution #99-06-117 declaring <br />terms of permit. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman questioned if all four dogs could be kenneled <br />outside. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that because there are four dogs not all of them <br />could be kenneled outside. Councilmember Anderson questioned if two dogs could be kenneled <br />outside and two dogs inside. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that it was her opinion that two <br />dogs could be kenneled outside. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to change <br />the wording on item # 3 to read "That no more than two dogs be allowed outside at one time". <br /> <br />Further discussion: Mr. Knoll stated that it was his intent to kennel all dogs indoors at all times. <br />He intends to exercise the dogs at the same time, but noted that he does a have a five-foot fence. <br /> <br />Amendment by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />read "That no more than two dogs can be kenneled outside at any time except that all four dogs <br />may be exercised under the owners control during the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen <br />and Anderson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, and <br />Anderson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />approve the Knoll's request for a conditional use permit to maintain four adult dogs at 6020 151st <br />Lane Northwest, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #99-06-117 declaring terms <br />of permit as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman and <br />Anderson.
