Mayor Gamec reported that he was informed by the RYAA and BBAA (Youth Associations) that <br />three local teams will be going to regional competition and thanked the parks department for the <br />excellent shape the fields have been in. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec also stated that a letter was received from Direct Enclosures thanking City Staff in <br />helping their project move forward. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Connolly. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />approve the following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) Receive Building Permits Approved for June 1999 <br />2) Receive Ramsey Police Department Monthly Report for June 1999 <br />3) Schedule Finance Committee Meeting for 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 10, 1999 <br />4) Adopt Resolution #99-07-134 approving cash distributions made and authorizing payment on <br /> accounts payable invoicing received during the period of July 3, 1999 through July 16, 1999 <br />5) Adopt Resolution #99-07-135 approving 2nd partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for <br /> Improvement Project #98-22 (Watermain Looping) <br />6) Adopt Resolution #99-07-136 receiving bids and awarding contract for the construction of <br /> tennis courts at Central Park <br /> <br />Motion carried.
