Street will coincide with the platting of Ebony Addition. The purpose of constructing the streets <br />at this time is to initiate the completion of McKinley Street from Jasper Street to Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard and provide access to the site. Them is an existing 40 foot utility easement along the <br />east side of the proposed lot. Also, a gas pipe lies underground on the northeast comer of the site, <br />and is being vacated prior to sale of the property. Standard drainage and utility easements will be <br />taken around the perimeter of the property. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Brauer, Cleveland, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 9:08 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to recommend that the City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat for Ebony Addition, contingent upon the City Staff Review <br />Letter dated January 27, 2006, revised Apri128, 2006 <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Cleveland, Brauer, Hunt, <br />Levine, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None.
