Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to recommend that the <br />City Council approve the Interim Use Permit to allow for outdoor storage on an unimproved <br />surface on a residentially zoned property at 14453 Llama St, based on the findings of fact, with <br />the additional conditions to the Permit: <br /> <br />Sales shall be prohibited on the property. <br />Hours of access as follows: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; <br />Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sundays: No access. <br /> <br />And with the following amendments to the conditions: <br /> <br />1) The Permittee is herein allowed to store a maximum of slx.%'~vv~t~t~x thirty-five (35) travel <br /> trailers and/or recreational vehicles (RVs) in an orderly manner in a confined area not to <br /> exceed 100 feet by 225 feet located in the northern portion of the Subject Property as <br /> shown on the attached exhibit. <br />3) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval and shall expire--o~ <br /> May 23,2011 September 30, 2007. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy, <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Request for Preliminary Plat Approval of Ebony Addition; <br />Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt closed the regular portion of the Planning Commission meeting at 9:07 p.m. in <br />order to call the public hearing to order. <br /> <br />Public Hearin~ <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to order at 9:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated the City of Ramsey is seeking to replat the land generally located <br />on the southwest comer of Ebony Street and 141st Avenue. The purpose of this subdivision is to <br />assemble two lots to create one buildable lot. As part of the subdivision, the City will plat the <br />southern extent of Ebony Street and the portion of McKinley Street that lies on the subject <br />property. This land will be sold and, with T1F assistance, will be developed in the future. She <br />explained the subject property is zoned E-2 Employment. The newly created lot conforms to the <br />minimum lot size of one acre and minimum lot width of 200 feet. The permitted uses within this <br />district include manufacturing, office buildings, and warehousing facilities. Ms. Dalnes advised <br />the site will receive access from Ebony Street.
