NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, IN AND <br />FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the City herein grants preliminary site plan approval to the ACCAP-Ramsey <br />Town Center Apartments contingent upon compliance with City StaffReview <br />Letter dated May 26, 2006, revised June 8, 2006. <br /> <br />.¸ <br /> <br />That the City affirms the allocation of $400,000.00 of Anoka Country Housing <br />and Redevelopment Author/t3, (ACHRA) levy funds to the Project Applicants. <br /> <br />That the City agrees to process an Administrative Subdivision and transfer <br />approximately 4,060 square feet of land to the Project Applicants. <br /> <br />That the City herein agrees to provide pay-as-you-go TIF assistance for the <br />project in an amount of at least $400,000.00, contingent on the receipt of final site <br />plan approval for the project, and creation of a qualified housing district. <br /> <br />That the Mayor is author/zed to sign documentation supporting an application to <br />the Metropolitan Council Livable Communities' Local Housing Incentive <br />Account (LHIA). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the'13th day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-236- <br /> <br /> <br />
