Tree protection fence installation shall be the second priority and <br />shall include this note "The tree protection posts and fence shall be installed by <br />hand around the limits of the tree preservation area." <br /> <br />Sheet 4 <br /> <br />Remove the rock construction entrance from the plans; they are not effective in <br />Ramsey. Replace with note "The contractor shall sweep adjacent streets daily <br />during active construction and as directed by City." <br />A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) is required for this project` It <br />may be a sheet included in the construction plans or abound volume. <br /> <br />Util/ty Plans · Storm sewer must be shown shaded on the sanitaw sewer and water plans. Water <br /> and sanitary sewer must be shown shaded on the sanitary sewer plans. <br /> · Continuation references are required on all plan and profile sheets. <br /> <br />Sheet 5 <br /> · Provide 8 sarntary sewer stub to north property line at Radium Street. <br /> <br />Sheet 6 <br /> <br />Sheet 7 <br /> <br />Sheet 8 <br /> <br />Revise watermain in Old Nowthen Boulevard to be 10 feet north of centerline. <br />Property lines must be shown on the plans. The crossing under Nowthen <br />Boulevard must be jacked, a stub was not provided on the west side of Nowthen, <br />a wet tap will be required Work in the Anoka County right-of-way will require a <br />permit from the county. The east extension of the cross shall be plugged only, a <br />valve is not required at this location. <br />A note must be added to all sheets showing Potassium Street work. "All work <br />must be confined to the right-of-way. Work must not impact areas adjacent to the <br />right-of-way." <br /> <br />The sanitary line from IvlH5 shall not be connected to MH6. A new IvlH must be <br />added near station 0+25. <br /> <br />The 18" sanitary sewer line fi:om the ex/sting stub to MH 2 and from 5431 2 to <br />M3I 15 must be installed by open cut methods. Directional drilling will not be <br />perm/ned. <br />Add note "Verify existing invert elevation at t/me of construction.
