Councilmember Zimmerman stated that we can live without it and added that he does not care <br />for it. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen suggested writing it to say that clustering may be accommodated <br />through the PUD process. He added that staff should concur with Councilmember zimmerman <br />to word it the way he would be comfortable with it. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson inquired if any language would work? <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that if the idea of clustering is to have a tract of land to be <br />sub-dividable in the future, he would not be in favor of it. <br /> <br />Note: #6 stays in - #7 goes out - or in other words -just take clustering out of the plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman asked Council to give staff an opportunity to work on the changes. The City has <br />run out of the contract time with Hoisington and he asked if Council would authorize an <br />extension. He offered to bring the cost to Council when he received it from HGKi. <br /> <br />It was noted to take mixed residential out and come up with language that is like R1-U - lower <br />density. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman asked for a meeting with Andover to compare plans and problems <br />to which Mr. Norman offered to check on a meeting date and time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion cmTied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Hendriksen, Anderson <br />and Zimmerman.
