Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to approve the facilities rental <br />policy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5) Carnival Regulations <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly questioned how the carnival regulations will affect the Game Fair. <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Pruitt Hottinger replied that it is her understanding that they <br />have a C.U.P, but will verify the information and update the Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to introduce an Ordinance <br />adding Section 7.14, "Carnivals" to Chapter 7 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />6) Administrative Policy - Vacation Donation <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve of <br />the Administrative Policy on Vacation Donation, <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />7) Authorization to Engage Consulting Services for Administration Special Projects <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen questioned if there was a volume commitment made. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that there was no commitment made, but that it will be <br />restricted by the remaining Administrative Assistant budget. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to authorize the City <br />Administrator to enter into an agreement with Ed Shukle, to provide administration special <br />project services at an hourly rate of $27.50/hour. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
