CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that he would be in favor of consent agenda item #11 if it is <br />within the State law to do so. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that if the City Engineer is appointed before December 31, 1999, he will <br />be allowed to sit on the Water Management Organization (WMO). He explained that the <br />attorney of the WMO made the recommendation to appoint the City Engineers. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve <br />the following items on the Consent Agenda, with the City Attorney resolving the issue in regards <br />to item #11: <br /> <br /> 1) Receive Building Permits Report for September 1999 <br />2) Receive Police Department Monthly Report for August 1999 <br />3) Receive Police Department Monthly Report for September 1999 <br />4) Receive Fire Department Report for August and September 1999 <br />5) Schedule Finance Committee Meeting for 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 9, 1999 <br />6) Approve the following License Applications <br /> HVAC <br /> Allan Mechanical, Inc. 7875 Fuller Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 <br /> DeMars Heating & Air Conditioning, 8431 Toledo Avenue, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 <br /> Aspen Ventilation & Heating, 9815 Pioneer Trail, Greenfield, MN 55357 <br /> Osseo Stove & fee, 115 Central Avenue, Osseo, MN 55369 <br />7) Approve Request for Sergeant Jim Way to Attend FBI Academy <br />8) Approve Contract for Warning Siren Maintenance for Year 2000 <br />9) Adopt Resolution #99-10-199 approving cash distributions made and authorizing payment on <br /> accounts payable invoicing received during the period of October 2, 1999 through October <br /> 15, 1999 <br /> 10) Adopt Resolution #99-10-200 approving the transfer of excess General Fund Revenues to the <br /> Equipment Revolving Fund, Facilities construction Fund, and the Improvement Revolving <br /> Fund <br />11) Adopt resolution appointing City Engineer as the City of Ramsey Representative to the <br /> Lower Rum River Management Organization - Removed for further research by City <br /> Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
