Case #1: Public Hearing - Ramsey's Redevelopment Plan for Fire Station project <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:04 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:04. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the Planning Commission approved the Redevelopment <br />Plan at its meeting on October 19, 1999. The purpose of the resolution was to allow the Planning <br />Commission to review the Redevelopment Plan for the Fire Station project to determine the <br />consistency of the Plan with the Comprehensive Plan of the City. The Plan is directly related to <br />the fire station only, and should not be confused with the Redevelopment Study being done with <br />Hoisington Koegler, Inc. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gmnec called the regular p9ortion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />Resolution #99~ 10-201 approving Redevelopment Plan and budget for Fire Station. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he had some concerns with the preliminary plat that was <br />reviewed in regards to the round roof.
