• <br />7. That the City Code restricts the total square footage of accessory buildings for a 5.1 acre <br />parcel to 3,264 square feet. <br />8. That the Applicant currently exceeds the total number of allowed accessory buildings and <br />allowable square footage (10 buildings, 5,967 square feet). <br />9. That the applicant is requesting to continue to maintain a total of ten (10) accessory buildings <br />with a total area of 5,867 square feet. <br />10. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory buildings will be utilized for <br />personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br />11. That the construction of the new detached accessory building will comply with all applicable <br />Uniform Building Codes. <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br />16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br />17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br />18.
