That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 1,600 square foot entry and garage expansion <br />onto the existing principal structure that will be approximately 30 feet from the rear <br />property line. <br />9. That the total amount of accessory structure space on the Subject Property does not exceed <br />the accessory structure restrictions established in section 9.11.02 of City Code. <br />10. That the location of the house and well on the Subject Property is not a direct result from <br />the actions of the Applicants. <br />11. That, if granted, the variance will not increase the congestion in the public street. <br />12. That, if granted, the variance will not adversely impact the degree of public health, safety <br />and general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br />13. That, if granted, the variance will not diminish established property values within the <br />neighborhood. <br />14. That the unique circumstances on the Subject Property do not result from the actions of the <br />Applicant. <br />15.
