• <br />1630301 <br />JAN 3 1 2O <br />:3c 3a S /ci 66,30 <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01- 08 -258B <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Robert and Linda Staton (Permittee) have properly applied for a variance <br />from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14620 Bowers <br />Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 16, Bower's Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br />• AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on August 7, <br />2001, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0565 a variance to place a 448 square foot accessory <br />structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br />2. That the accessory structure placed on the Subject Property shall not be located any closer <br />than 45 feet from the front property line and maintain compliance with the 200 foot setback <br />from the Ordinary High Water mark of the Mississippi River. <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory structure. <br />
