That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br />7. That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br />and assigns. <br />8.
