That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br />7. That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br />and assigns. <br />8. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by August 7, 2002, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Watson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Vice Chair Kociscak <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Watson <br />Board Member Reeve <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Sweet <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 7 day of August, 2001. <br />RESOLUTION #01- 08 -258B <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
