• 1605221 s >a as lz.000z • Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -08 -313 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0568 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO EXCEED SIGN SIZE WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01 -08 -312 adopting Findings of Fact #0568 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That on August 28, 2001, a Conditional Use Permit ( "CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Milton E. Glass and Virginia L. Glass, ( "Permittee ") to exceed the sign size requirement on the proper cy generally known as 7575 Hwy. 10 and legally described as follows: All that part of Lots 2 and 3, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10 which point is 585 feet Northwesterly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3, measured along the Northeasterly line of said State Highway No. 10; thence Northeasterly to a point in the southwest line of the right -of -way of the Great Northern Railway Company, which point is 490 feet Northwesterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, measured along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right -of -way, thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right -of -way, 495 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southerly to a point in the Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10, which point is 400 feet from the point of beginning, said line there terminating. (Subject Property). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business • identification sign surface area not to exceed 180 square feet on each side. None of the individual tenant identification spaces on the pylon sign shall exceed 100 square feet in size on each side. This Permit is personal to the Permittee (Milton E. and Virginia L. Glass) and any change in occupancy or ownership of the Subject Property shall be required to obtain a
