• 1605221 <br />s >a as lz.000z <br />• <br />Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -08 -313 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0568 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SIZE <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01 -08 -312 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0568 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That on August 28, 2001, a Conditional Use Permit ( "CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Milton E. Glass and Virginia L. Glass, ( "Permittee ") to exceed the sign size <br />requirement on the proper cy generally known as 7575 Hwy. 10 and legally described as follows: <br />All that part of Lots 2 and 3, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, according to the map <br />or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10 which point is <br />585 feet Northwesterly from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3, measured along <br />the Northeasterly line of said State Highway No. 10; thence Northeasterly to a point <br />in the southwest line of the right -of -way of the Great Northern Railway Company, <br />which point is 490 feet Northwesterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, <br />measured along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right -of -way, thence <br />Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right -of -way, 495 feet to <br />the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southerly to a point in the <br />Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10, which point is 400 feet from the point of <br />beginning, said line there terminating. <br />(Subject Property). <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br />1. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business <br />• identification sign surface area not to exceed 180 square feet on each side. None of the <br />individual tenant identification spaces on the pylon sign shall exceed 100 square feet in size <br />on each side. This Permit is personal to the Permittee (Milton E. and Virginia L. Glass) and <br />any change in occupancy or ownership of the Subject Property shall be required to obtain a <br />
